  • Hi. I have studied most of the information that is here, it is excellent, it helps you a lot and it lifts you up to continue struggling with being overweight. I weighed 215 lbsm and got tired of climbing stairs, I went with dietitians, but it worked halfway. What I did was do something for myself and I am carrying my exercise plan systematically to improve my results and I have lost 18 lbs in the month, without rebounds and feeling very good.
